The pens themselves are great. They are fun conversion items and they write well. The packaging of the pens left a LOT to be desired. We ordered 700 pens, but when the package was delivered, the bottom was broken out of the box, and the delivery person handed me a pen that had fallen out of the box in his truck. After a thorough inspection, we found we only received 657 pens of the 700 we ordered, and 8 of those were broken. The box had bubble wrap protecting the pens at the top of the box, but nothing on the bottom.
